Service Description

With over one million twinkling lights and show-stopping decorations, World Equestrian Center – Ocala Winter Wonderland promises to bring merriment and cheer to all with four themed weekends of holiday fun! The full enchantment of Winter Wonderland is on display Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm-9pm with a lineup of holiday entertainers, musical performances, face painters, balloon artists, festive foods of the season and much more. Weekend Entertainment Themes: November 29 & 30 | Christmas Market Featuring a collection of pop-up holiday vendors, perfect for seasonal shopping and gifts. December 6 & 7 | Paws and Claus Featuring pet photo ops with Santa and appearances from your favorite canine characters December 13 & 14 | Nutcracker Featuring live professional ballet performances from Dance Alive National Ballet and entertainment influenced by the music of this holiday classic December 20, 21, 22 & 23 | Frozen Featuring activities inspired by the family-favorite flick and the winter season Free parking at our offices for pick up. Home pick up/drop off available. INTINERARY. Pick up location: 4313 E County Rd 466, Oxford, FL 34484. (Home pick up available in The Villages® area only). Depart Villages by 4:00 PM (depending on home pick ups). Arrive at WEC by 5:00 PM. Drop off / Pick up location: Indoor Arena 1. Depart time: 9:00 PM. Arrive Villages by 9:45 PM.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Any bookings canceled less than 72 hours prior to the first leg of a scheduled trip are non refundable. All other cancellations will incur a $35 fee to cover the costs of processing. Passengers will be given to option to retain a full credit for future use. Once accepted, this credit cannot be refunded and expires 1 year after issue date.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations less than 72 hours before the first leg of your trip are nonrefundable.

For cancellations made earlier than that, you have two options:

1. Refund: We can refund the amount you paid, but a $35 fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.

2. Credit: You can choose to keep the full amount as a credit for future bookings. This credit will be applied to your account, it’s nonrefundable once chosen, and it will expire 1 year from the date it’s issued.

 

Delays of more than 4 hours may be considered a no show.

Drugs or open containers of alcohol are not permitted in the vehicles at any time.

 

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00. It is the passengers responsibility to wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. A deodorizing fee of $100 will be charged to eliminate any odor of marijuana. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)) such as an odor of marijuana or an open container of alcohol. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in  our vehicles.  Not responsible for delays or the termination of the trip caused by unsafe road conditions due to weather or man-made phenomenon  (ie. hurricanes, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.  Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
